1 Salon Services

Glam & Glow provides hair salon and barbershop services including, but not limited to, braiding, hairstyling, hair washing, blow drying, barbering, hair treatments and related beauty services.

Service availability, duration and pricing may vary depending on hair length, condition, style, products required and other factors. Prices displayed online may represent starting prices unless otherwise stated.

2 Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, booking system, by phone or directly with the salon.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking. Booking an appointment does not guarantee a specific stylist unless that stylist has been specifically selected and confirmed.

Glam & Glow reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary due to staffing, emergencies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3 Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals affect the appointments of other clients and may result in the following fees:

Late arrivals may also result in a shortened or modified service when necessary to prevent delays for other clients.

4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you cannot attend your appointment, please contact Glam & Glow as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.

Repeated cancellations, late arrivals or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or a requirement for advance payment or a deposit.

5 Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra hair length or density
• Additional hair or extensions
• Specialty products
• Additional styling
• Service changes requested during the appointment
• Late-arrival fees

Clients will be informed of material additional charges before additional services are performed whenever reasonably possible.

6 Hair, Extensions & Products

For services requiring additional hair, extensions or specialty products, clients may be asked to provide their own hair or purchase hair from Glam & Glow.

Clients should confirm the required quantity, color and type of hair before their appointment.

7 Service Results

Hair and beauty service results may vary based on hair texture, length, condition, previous treatments, products and other individual factors.

Reference photos are used as inspiration and do not guarantee an identical result.

If you have concerns about a completed service, please notify Glam & Glow promptly so we can review the situation.

9 Recurring Membership Payments

By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Glam & Glow and its payment processor to automatically charge your payment method at the applicable recurring membership rate until you cancel.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If payment cannot be processed, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

10 Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Wash Club membership according to the cancellation instructions provided through our website or by contacting Glam & Glow.

Unless otherwise disclosed when you enroll, there is no separate cancellation fee.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically create a refund for a membership period that has already been paid for or used, except where required by law.

11 Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts and special pricing may have expiration dates and additional conditions.

• Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Promotions are subject to availability.
• Offers may apply only to selected services or dates.

12 Refund Policy

Because salon services involve time, labor and products that cannot generally be returned after use, completed services are generally non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us promptly. Glam & Glow may offer an adjustment, correction, service credit or another appropriate resolution after reviewing the circumstances.

13 Client Responsibilities

Clients should inform their stylist before receiving a service about allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, recent chemical treatments or other circumstances that may affect the requested service.

Glam & Glow may decline or discontinue a service if proceeding could create a health, safety or service-quality concern.

14 Children & Minors

Clients under 18 may be required to have permission from a parent or legal guardian for certain services.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children accompanying them to the salon when appropriate.

15 Personal Belongings

Please keep personal belongings with you while visiting the salon. To the extent permitted by law, Glam & Glow is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged personal property unless the loss resulted from conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

16 Respectful Conduct

Glam & Glow is committed to maintaining a professional, welcoming and respectful environment.

Harassment, threats, abusive behavior, discrimination, violence or inappropriate conduct toward clients, employees, stylists, contractors or guests will not be tolerated.

17 Website & Online Booking

You agree not to misuse our website, booking platform, forms, payment systems or other digital services.

You may not submit fraudulent bookings, impersonate another person, interfere with our systems or use our website for unlawful purposes.

18 Text Messages & Emails

If you provide your phone number or email address, Glam & Glow may send transactional communications relating to appointments, memberships, purchases, receipts and account activity.

Marketing communications will be sent subject to applicable consent requirements. Where applicable, you may unsubscribe from marketing emails or reply STOP to promotional text messages.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing salon services. Message and data rates may apply.

19 Privacy

Your use of our website and services may involve the collection and processing of personal information.

Third-party booking, payment, communication and website providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

20 Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party providers for appointment scheduling, payments, communications, analytics and website hosting.

Glam & Glow is not responsible for the independent practices or availability of third-party services except where required by law.

21 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glam & Glow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
